Yoga Workshops focus on specific topics – so you learn a lot more than perhaps in a regular yoga class.
Numbers are limited to give you time and attention and an enjoyable experience.
Workshops are fun and informative, you will receive handouts and practices to take home.
Yoga workshops are a great opportunity to meet like- minded people who share similar issues, or interests, where you can swap information, tips and where friendships are often formed and shared.
