Ashtanga Yoga Mysore (self practice) : 6.15pm – 7.30pm

Wednesday 

Pregnancy Yoga: 10am- 11.15am 

Six Week Beginners Yoga Programme: 6.15pm – 7.30pm  

Six  Week Programme: Yoga For Core Strength and Back Health  8.00pm – 9.15pm

Thursday

Hatha Yoga (All levels):  10.00am – 11.15pm

Available For Private Appointments: 2.00pm – 4.30pm

Pregnancy Yoga: 6.15pm – 7.30pm

Yoga for Relaxation:  Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra:  8.00pm – 9.15pm

Friday

Beginners Ashtanga Yoga: 9.30am – 10.45am

Available For Private Appointments: 2.00pm – 4.30pm

Hatha Yoga (All Levels): 6.15pm – 7.30pm

Saturday

Hatha Yoga (All Levels): 9.30am – 10.45am

Yoga For Menopause Workshop – Held on n the last Saturday of every month 2.00pm – 4.30pm

Sunday

Relax and Rejuvenate Workshop  – Yoga for deep relaxation – Held on the last Sunday of every month 10am – 12.30pm
