Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath.

Yoga is creating a space free from obstacles in your own body to live. Yoga is freedom and release. Having experienced the transformative healing power of yoga in my own life through my own practice, I began my studies to train in yoga therapy. I am passionate about promoting healing, vitality and wellbeing through yoga. At my studio I offer a variety yoga classes, pregnancy yoga, six week beginners yoga programmes, programmes for core strength and back health, yoga therapy, monthly workshops, one to one tuition and group therapy. I have been practicing yoga for ten years and always a student. I continue to study and this year my teacher training studies are well women yoga therapy and pregnancy yoga.  I believe yoga is for everybody and offer a variety of classes from dynamic Ashtanga yoga to gentle Hatha yoga. I focus on the incorporation of breath in asanas (postures) to create a deeper level of practice and cultivate body awareness. Body awareness not only creates a safer practice my students, but it translates into their daily lives, resulting in a healthier lifestyle. I’m passionate about restorative yoga along with yoga nidra and enjoy teaching these two practices together allowing students and clients to experience deep relaxation and rest, to slow down and live in the moment through the practice of yoga. I am continually inspired by my students daily, it gives me joy to see the transformation that arises from their time on the mat. They are my greatest teachers.
